Frequently asked questions

  • It all depends on you as an individual, ie if you’re already confident in the gym environment, using machine, barbells, and dumbbells.

    I have provided training programs to suit this environment, on the other hand, if being in the gym is not yet your thing for whatever reason. I have also provided you with a Monthly Home Training Program, that suits this environment as well, using anything from your bodyweight, chairs, sofa, bands, kettlebells, and light dumbbells, if you’re lucky to have your own home gym set up then you an abandon of choices of what to do when it comes to training.

    So I Guess in Theory you don’t need a Gym Membership as such.

  • Ideally some light to medium loop bands, one with handles works well also, if you’re lucky enough to have a TRX system or something of similar nature or a set of dumbbells or kettlebells this would be more than workable to start getting results, just by being consistent with your training.

    But in all honesty, for most people using your body weight is a good start, especially if you’re new to training.

  • This question depends on many things, such as your goal, current health, injuries, age etc.

    But from a general health prescription, it’s recommended adults aged 18-65ys should do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week.

    Now if you’re asking this question in regards to Weight and fatloss, then it’s best to focus more on the Nutritional side of things as the body needs a caloric deficit, in order to elicit the process of weight/fatloss, as if you eat more than you burn no amount of cardio is the answer, ie one step forward two back.

    Now saying that, If you do enjoy a good jog a few times a week for mental health reasons/general fitness or belong to a running club, then don’t let me stop you, you’re already doing 80% more than the population.

  • Again this question depends on you the individual, how long you have been training for ie a beginner or advanced trainee, the goal you’re looking to achieve & more importantly the amount of time you can realistic train with intention.

    Ie: if building lean muscle is your goal then you will need to put in the time to accumulate the training volume and intensity to lay down new muscle tissue and work the different muscle groups per week to stimulate growth while recovering in-between, so you could be looking at a minimum of 3-5 days a week.

    On the flip side of this is weight and fat loss, training comes a mere second to a caloric deficit as this is what is needed to elicit change in weight/fat loss, but nutrition and training go hand in hand for more awesome transformation, so you can get away with training 2-4 x per week.

  • You can cancel your membership, 30 days from the first day of purchase/ joining the membership hub, or if you have been a long-term member, you will need to give me a 30 days notice, as per any service provider.

    All you will need to do is email at hello@bemorewithluciano.co.uk, to give me notice of cancellation.

  • All monthly Subscriptions are final at the point of purchase.

    Because one can simply download and screen record all the information and content provided in the hub and then ask for a refund, and I’m at a loss of service and time spent creating content or for hosting or out sourcing cost, I had done to create the material used in the Hub.

    On the other hand, if you were to invest in a one-off Annual Plan and decided that you don’t longer want to fulfill the remaining time on membership, I’ll refund the remaining investment that is remaining on the subscription plan ie if sign up for the 12 months in full and in 6 months decided to leave I’ll refund you the remaining 6 months on subscription, no question asked.

    But I can guarantee, if you invest in the hub, you will not want to leave simply because you will be astonished by the number of resources along with the community.

    I have provided or given you to get results both in the short and long term so you can finally understand, what to do when it comes to your, eating and exercise, lifestyle management, and mindset so that you can finally look and feel great in and out of your clothes, all in palms of your hands whether in the gym or home in your living room.
